Easy Candy Popcorn recipe
Ingredients:
½ cup of water.
1 cup of sugar.
1/3 cup of white corn syrup.
1 tablespoon of butter.
Oil of peppermint.
2 dashes of food coloring.
½ cup of popcorn, popped.
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, cook the water, sugar, corn syrup and butter over a moderate heat to 280°F on a candy thermometer.
Add the oil and the food coloring.
Stir well and pour over the popped corn.
