Butterscotch Candy recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar.
½ cup of butter.
¼ cup of dark corn syrup.
1 tablespoon of vinegar.
2 tablespoons of boiling water.
3 dashes of vanilla.
1 dash of salt.
Directions:
For a chewy candy, boil all ingredients to 260°F.
Pour into a buttered 9-inch by 13-inch pan to cool.
Cut into squares and wrap in waxed paper.
